Bespoke Personal Training

At MOVE, every session is coached, every member is valued, and every detail matters. We offer:​

  • 16 Small Group Personal Training Classes each week — high-energy, focused, and tailored to your goals.

  • 1:1 and 2:1 Personal Training — personalised attention, expert programming, real results.

  • Teen Small Group Training — building strength, confidence, and healthy habits in a safe, supportive environment.

All sessions are led by one of our professional coaches. We take pride in our work, prioritise our members, and create a space where everyone feels seen, supported, and empowered to MOVE better, every day.

Small Group Personal Training

Small group personal training is now the most popular way to have personal training. Receive expert, detailed and high quality coaching, whilst working in a friendly, welcoming and motivating environment. It’s the perfect balance of a personalised approach, within an encouraging group setting.

Your time is precious, and we don’t take that lightly. That’s why every MOVE Small Group Session is planned six weeks in advance by our expert coaches, using tried-and-tested programming that delivers real results.

Each session is designed to be high-quality, intentional, and personal, so when you show up, you know you’re getting the most out of your time. No guesswork. No wasted reps. Just smart training that works every time.

Personalised Support, Every Time

We limit our group sessions to 8 people, so you are always guaranteed to receive the individual focus of a personal training session. Any questions or help that you may need in your session, you will get from one of our friendly and professional coaches.

Stronger Together

Our group sessions will help get the best out of you. Being surrounded by like minded individuals who are all driven to achieving their goals and crushing their workouts is what helps drive you and us on. We believe that strength and fitness should be done together.

Open Gym

As part of our small group membership, you will also have access to our open gym every morning, if you fancy staying after, or arriving early to your session to get some extra training in!

Personal Training

If you prefer an even more personalised approach to your training, we also offer 1:1 and 2:1 personal training sessions. Our coaches will sit down with you, discuss your goals and help outline a clear pathway to get you there. Your sessions will be planned accordingly in line with your goals and you will be given all the support that you need.

Building Strong Foundations for Life

Teen Strength & Conditioning

We offer two dedicated Teen Strength & Conditioning sessions each week, designed specifically for ages 12-17. Each session focuses on mastering the fundamentals: Squat, Pull-Up, Push-Up, Lunge, and Deadlift, whilst also having fun with plyometrics, cardio and circuit training — building strength, confidence, and control in a safe, supportive environment.

Our programmes are carefully structured by our experienced coaches who have worked extensively with young people at Bedford Modern School and Barnes Active. All coaches are DBS checked and have completed full safeguarding training, so you can feel confident your teen is in capable, trusted hands.

These sessions aren’t just about fitness, they’re about helping young people move well, feel strong, and develop skills that last a lifetime.
